Illinois' Senior Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) offers free, unbiased health insurance counseling for Medicare beneficiaries and their loved ones. A SHIP Counselor from AgeGuide Northeastern Illinois will present on some Medicare Basics to help you gain a better understanding of the many parts of Medicare.
