In the spirit of this summer's reading theme "Find Your Voice", the Ella Johnson Memorial Library is hosting its first Creative Writing Competition! This event is for children of grades 1st through 12th, who want to share their story forging skills. Each registered contestant will submit a short story of their creation. The submissions will be grouped by grades [1-2, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12] for voting in-house and online. The winners and staff top picks from each group will get their story featured in a published book!

Registration will be open May 6th and close at the end of day June 1st. Each registered contestant will receive a packet containing all pertinent information to this competition.
