Downton Abbey Tea Time with Chef Susan Maddox

Event Details

Spend the evening getting in the mood for the series Downton Abbey with Chef Susan Maddox. Guests will learn two great finger sandwiches as well as two "sweets" for your tea party. The sandwiches include smoked salmon & cucumber on a mini croissant and caramelized onion & blue cheese on toast points. Chef Susan will also be demonstrating toasted almond / lavender shortcakes with autumn fruit compote and lemon curd tart with raspberry preserves.
